Position Qualifications
Physician Assistant
Current Minnesota Licensure as a Physician Assistant through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Valid DEA Registration
Nurse Practitioner
Current licensure as RN in State of Minnesota
Current registration as a nurse practitioner with the MN Board of Nursing
Valid DEA Registration
