Our Hospitalist physicians work in collaboration and consultation with other physicians, APPs, staff RNs, and other health care professionals, providing holistic, compassionate care to inpatients and their families and empowers them to achieve their best health. They are a member of the hospital interdisciplinary team and facilitate continuum of care for patients from admission through the discharge process. The hospitalist patient load is managed to allow hospitalists to truly focus on their patients’ health care.

Schedule Details
- 7 on 7 off with many partners to swap shifts and obtain a custom schedule
- Qgenda app allows time off requests, full autonomy to trade and pick up shifts at your fingertips
- Occasional swing shift rotation from 2 PM – 12 AM
- Full nocturnist coverage. No nights required.
- Option to pick 168 or 175 total shifts/year for a full time 1.0 FTE with pay differential

What background Hospitalist physicians bring:
- Board eligible or certified by an ABMS-approved specialty
- Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School required
- Completion of advanced graduate medical education in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with board eligibility or board certification
- Current State of Minnesota Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license
- Valid DEA Registration
