Our health system encompasses two hospital locations in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove as well as a network of 23 clinics which includes 13 primary clinics, 6 specialty clinics, 4 urgent care/urgency centers and emergency care offerings covering five counties. Our Robbinsdale Hospital, established in 1954, is a 385-bed facility recognized as the top Level 1 Trauma center for 25 years, as well as serving as a Level II pediatric trauma center. Our Maple Grove Hospital was established in 2009, is a 134-bed facility recognized as a top hospital in the state for Women and Children Care, with a Level III NICU, and is the largest Family Birth Center in the state (~5,000 deliveries per year and over 60,000 babies delivered). Do you love solving problems, leading great teams, and the excitement when new technology is released? We’re looking for an End User Technology Supervisor to keep our desktop support operations running smoother than a fresh install of Windows. You’ll lead a talented team of important onsite IT ambassadors who directly connect IT services to valued customers, ensure incidents are resolved quickly, and champion continuous improvement—because “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” only gets us so far.
What You’ll Do - Supervise the EUT Desktop Support function and collaborate with business partners to keep devices and applications running in an organization with locations open 24x7, including a level 1 trauma center - Provide leadership, guidance, and the occasional pep talk to your team - Champion partnerships with our community through our IT intern program - Track and report metrics—because numbers tell the story (and help us brag) - Drive process improvements that make life easier for users and techs alike - Handle scheduling, timecards, inventory, and performance reviews without losing your sense of humor - Collaborate with IT leadership to align with organizational goals and build a positive team culture - Jump in on technical issues when needed—because you know your stuff - Manage projects, budgets, and help the team adapt in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Education
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
Experience • Minimum 5 years Desktop Support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.- -Minimum of 3 years of previous supervisor experience is required in IT. • Leadership experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proven superior customer service etiquette and the ability to deal effectively with customers, vendors, peers and management. • A strong dedication to quality customer service. • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Professional communication skills, both written and oral • Demonstrated ability to solve most complex workstation issues. • Ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, analyze and solve problems/activities with minimal work direction.
Licensure/Certification
• Microsoft Desktop Support Technician Certification • Valid Class D driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record
